They are so fun and whimsical and work perfect with your writing. This is a great approach in positivity. I think this is wonderful for many women because it builds and empowers from the inside - out. Once one has self-esteem INSIDE, then the rest will fall into place along with more empowered choices throughout ones life including maintaing a healthy weight. Bravo! Love the illustrations.
